Chuckles looked like he had been on his own awhile but after some tender loving care, he has regained his strength and has a tail that never stops wagging. He loves to follow his foster Mom around. He enjoys seeing the children at his foster moms. Chuckles is a 9 year old (as of 10/2014) Terrier Mix male. He weighs 45-50 lbs. A cute boy!  Chuckles is deaf.
