Tootsie is a spayed female chihuahua/pug mix that is about 18 months (as of 10/2012) old and weighs around 14 pounds.  She is crate trained but not fully housetrained yet.  She was tied out in a yard on a halter before she came into the Thorndale pound.

The adoption fee is $150 for each dog.   (These prices are subject to change without notice.)
