Cocoa Puff is a 1 1/2 old male pomeranian who was born with a mis-shapen, small eye and a quirky underbite. However, this vibrant fluff ball of a dog has no idea he's different from the other dogs and has developed a vivacious personality that charms everyone.  When he's down on the ground Cocoa Puff is constantly in motion almost like a dog version of a humming bird, but if you pick him up, he immediately stills to enjoy the closeness of being with a human.  In fact, Cocoa Puff's ideal life would be living entirely as a lap dog!

He is friendly with all people and dogs that he has met in his foster home and at PetsMart.  Because he has been recently neutered Cocoa Puff may need some work to get him fully housetrained, but he is trying to learn good house manners.

We do not know how Cocoa Puff is with cats.
