6 months old • 7 lbs • Chihuahua/Mini Poodle mix

River is a sweet, scruffy little pup with a big heart and an even bigger journey behind her. She spent the first few months of her life wandering the area of San Gabriel in TX with her 4 sisters and 1 brother—just trying to stay safe and stick together. Two of her sisters were rescued a little earlier and are now thriving in their forever homes. Now it’s River’s turn. At just 6 months old (as of August 2025) and around 7 pounds, River is the perfect size for snuggling, adventuring, and everything in between. She’s a charming blend of Chihuahua and Mini/Toy Poodle—meaning he’s likely to be smart, affectionate, and full of personality. River is learning quickly that the world isn’t such a scary place when you're surrounded by love. She’s ready for a patient, kind family who will continue to show her the good life and help her grow into the confident, happy pup she’s meant to be. If you’re looking for a loyal little buddy with a brave heart and a soft coat, River might just be your perfect match. Currently being fostered in Thorndale, TX

The adoption fee is $150 for each dog or cat.   (These prices are subject to change without notice.)
