AB: I've found these two dumped dogs in Miliam on CR 456. It's an intact male and a female. Looks like litter mates. They're starving and could likely use vet attention for a check up/deworming. I can house them for a couple of weeks, but can't afford the vet and can't keep two dogs long term. Can you help?
