Cosmo is a well behaved boy who wound up in the Thorndale Pound.  He is a probably a mix of a few breeds, Shitzu, Lhaso Apso, maybe even Schnauzer.  Included in his pictures are his before and after grooming. Our vet thinks he might be 2 years old  as of 7/2020.  Cosmo weighs 17 pounds.  He is being fostered in Thrall.

Notes from Cosmo's foster, Julie:  Cosmo is good with all kinds of animals as well as people.  His crate training is going well and so far no accidents in the house, however, he has not alerted me to let him outside either.  He is learning his new name.
